Descrizione di The Ivy

The Ivy is a 45-story tower with 504 residential units and 7 commercial spaces. It is located in Riverfont Community (a gated community developed and planned by Key International) in Downtown Miami. This residential tower has 13.5 acres of lush space and 900 linear feet of river frontage connected to the 5.5 mile Miami River Walk. It was designed by renowned architect Luis Revuelta.

Along with its private, lushly landscaped park right on the Miami River, The Ivy also features Infinity edge pools, meditation gardens, concierge service, a spa and health club, and many other amenities. The Ivy is also a smart building with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass railing balconies. It features the River Front Club – the community’s social spot with a private restaurant and bar.

The Ivy is right in the middle of all of the action in Miami. It is just blocks from The Shops at Mary Brickell Village, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Brickell Avenue and the downtown central business district, access to I-95, and the American Airlines Arena, home of the Miami Heat. It also has easy access to South Beach, Miami International Airport, and the Wynwood Arts District.
